A hands-on reset tailored to your body.
These individual sessions are designed to target and release tension throughout the body. Claire will guide your body through a series of strategic stretches, using advanced techniques to create space in your joints and length through your muscles.

What to expect:
• 45 or 60 minute session
• Fully clothed, experience a range of targeted floor and chair stretches
